Course Description
This workshop forms part of the ITW methodology to effective selling and is presented by external training
consultants.
Module 1 examines the key criteria for an effective prospect / customer meeting in ITWCP’s market place and further develops existing participant professional selling skills.
Module 2 Gives participants the opportunity to further practice, develop and fine-tune the skills gained in
Module 1 and explores any areas that still need attention.
