Course Description

Poor listening skills can result in complete breakdowns in communication, with situations often being misread because we have not heard what is being said. But, because listening is something we do more than anything else, except breathing, we take it for granted and never think to improve our skills in this area.

This course gives you the tools and techniques to help improve your listening skills and in return minimise misunderstandings, improve working relationships, develop rapport with individuals and even save time.
